I bought a used CX 9 which needed about 6 things to be done before purchasing it. The salesperson Andrew couldn't have been nicer. Everything was completed as best they could given I was still buying a used certified. There was an issue with a tire and I didn't notice it until a couple of days after picking up the car and they honored it and replaced the tire. I'm going back in March to look at another vehicle for my wife. Very satisfied. Also the purchase process was actually enjoyable. Imagine that. Lol.
I brought my 2017 Mazda CX-5 for repair to Huntington Mazda in late August 2018. The drivers seat was rocking slightly. When I brought it in the 1st time the technicians at Huntington Mazda replaced the seat rail and power unit. That did not fix the issue. The 2nd time I brought the car back for the same issue the technician did try to tighten the frame of the seat. But, to no avail the seat was not fixed. The 3rd time brought the car back for the same issue (about a month later) Gage and Sheri remedied the problem with the seat in house (I don't want to get anybody in trouble by revealing what was actually done). Even though the seat was an issue I want to point out how nice Gabe and Sherri were in trying to get the seat fixed for me. I appreciate their honest and straightforward and nice help with the issue.
